My story about: Using a Fork & Spoon

troop2008's story

November 07, 2008

My wife and I have been struggling to teach our almost 2 year old how to hold and use a little plastic baby/toddler spoon, and with no surprise - it's a challenge! Our baby gets frustrated and starts flinging food off of her high chair. What a mess!

I recently came across a great product called MySpoon. I haven't seen these in any stores, so they must be new to the market. They are curved toddler spoons where the bowl of the spoon is slightly curved toward the baby's mouth. It's really neat... it helps our baby feed herself without getting frustrated and making such a mess. I'd urge anyone facing the same challenge to check out their website... www.my-spoon.com
