"Junk food is always a battle in my household especially since I have such a sweet tooth.  Anything in excess is not a good thing.  The key with junk food is not eliminating it completely because that will make your kids want it more when they are at other places that have it.  Keep it around but in moderation and make sure healthy food is consumed just as much and everything should work out (hopefully!)"


I agree with you, everything in moderation! It's like when I am on a diet and I crave something, I have a bite just so I won't overdo it at the end.
