I have a 15-year old daughter who refuses to keep dirty clothes (and clean ones, too!) off the floor. Â This is really the only chore she has, since she has a heavy academic schedule and has lots of after-school band practice. Â When she is told she can't go out with friends till her room is picked up, she will say it is picked up but then I find the clothes stuffed in shelves in her closet, or hidden under other things. Â By the time I realize it, she is out the door, off to school or whatever, and I am left to stew. Â Help!
