A perfect treat for the classroom or scout troop -- they're ribbiting!
Ingredients
2 baked 9" or 10" round cakes
3 to 4 cups chocolate icing
Cupcakes
Watery blue frosting
Green gumdrop
White chocolate chip
Black icing
- Start with a batch of cupcakes frosted a watery blue. For each one, slice a large green gumdrop in half.
- Press the tip of a white chocolate chip into the cut surface of each half, centering it near the bottom edge. Squirt a dab of black decorators' icing onto each chip. Then press the frog eyes into the frosting.
