1 16-ounce package dried split peas
1 leftover ham bone with meat left on it
7 cup water
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 sprigs fresh thyme, stemmed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on Low 10-12 hours or High 5-6 hours.
