2-4 carrots, roughly cut
3 leeks, cleaned well, roughly cut
2-4 stalks celery, roughly cut
3 large onions, peeled and halved
1 fennel bulb, roughly cut
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs thyme
Parlsey stems
Kosher salt
7 whole peppercorns
Water to cover
Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot® slow cooker along with remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on Low 10-12 hours. Strain broth.
