Hawaiian Style Pasta

Radiatore pasta is tossed with tomato sauce, fresh pineapple chunks and chopped salami. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, if desired. Substitute farfalle or rotini pasta if you can't find radiatore pasta.

Ingredients
 1 (8 ounce) package radiatore pasta
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
2 slices fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
2 cups chopped salami
Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, toss cooked pasta with tomato pasta sauce, pineapple and salami. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce begins to bubble, about 10 minutes.

It would be nice to use something else to lower the Sodium,Cholesterol and Fat.
Would like suggestions.

reabranch, if you switch the salami to cooked chicken breast slices and the sauce to freshly made OR a low sodium canned sauce, you will cut out a lot of what you don't want. :)
