My kids love tea and living in Oklahoma, we drink a lot of it. I'm definitely going to try the hibiscus with mint tea. It looks very refreshing and a way to get them to drink something more healthful.

I love the veggie side dishes. Beans are so good for you but it's a challenge to come up with interesting ways to cook them so the kids will enjoy them. The veggie black bean casserole is just what I needed.
