I am a mother of 4. After my first two I was pushing 225 lbs. I was able to lose 75 lbs and many years later got pregnant and gave birth with twins. Now I am pushing 185 lbs and struggling to get back down to 150 lbs. I know I can do it. It's just tough.

What to do:
1 - ASK your doc for sensible exercise & food plans
2 - DRINK 64 oz of water every day
3 - MOVE around every day, even for a 10 minute walk
4 - VENT when things are tough. Don't eat!
