After the initial planning meeting with the girls, it's important to get to work setting the date. Amazingly, this proved to be the most difficult of all tasks for our group. As their leaders,

Teens and Concerts - Loser Mom Alert!

Posted November 12, 2007
Recently, my daughter asked to go to her second concert ever. You can read about her first concert experience at my other blog. After careful consideration, I decided to take the plunge. At the time, my husband blatantly told me that I was crazy - - that I would be in… Read More

Christmas Cookies at Halloween???

Posted October 30, 2007

I know that we are just coming up on Halloween. However, I am a dyed in the wool Christmas fan. I throw a Christmas Cookie Exchange every year, and it's one of the most fun things I do all year. Anyway, this is the coolest thing I have come across in a very long time.

Just click on the name of the cookie, and SHAZAM! The recipe is there. Good to keep handy! Listen to me
